Terms of Sale - 2013

Orders:

• Only Wholesale / Trade orders can be accepted. 
• We do not accept orders from private individuals.

Discount - Discount applicable on orders over €700 only:

• Payment on Collection .................... 5% Discount
• Payment on Delivery .................... 2.5% Discount
• Collection only .................... 2.5% Discount

• We reserve the right to change prices should unforeseen circumstances force us to do so.
• All prices include picture labels where available but exclude pre-priced, bar-coded labels.
• We can supply pre-priced barcoded labels on plants upon request. The cost of this service is €0.14c per label

• ONLY deliveries over €700 nett are delivered free of charge.
• Orders of a value below €700 nett will incur a delivery charge of €50.00 per delivery.

• Accounts are due nett within 30 days of invoice date.
• Overdue accounts paid for by Credit Card will incur a charge of 2%.
• Accounts which run long overdue will have credit refused on future purchases.
• Customers will be assigned a credit limit. No additional orders can be delivered if the account is over this limit.

• New accounts are cash / credit card with order or alternatively a 3 week period to verify credit references is required.
• Legal Title will not pass to the buyer until we receive full payment.
  We reserve the right to uplift goods to the value of the outstanding amount should the buyer fail to pay

• Overdue accounts will incur a credit charge of 1% per month overdue – this will  be added to your statements and will be applied once account is more that 2 weeks overdue.

• We endeavour all our plants to be of the highest possible quality and free of any harmful organisms or weeds. However, should there be any cause for complaints on quality or count etc. They need to be notified to us immediately upon receipt of goods.
• Due to factors outside of our control we do not accept any complaints of casualties after 7 days post delivery of goods.

Surcharges:

• Minimum order quantity for Shrubs, Roses, Conifers and Climbers is 5 plants.
• If ordering 5-9 of these, please add €0.25 per plant.
• If ordering 4 or less Trees and 1/2 Std items, please add €1.00 per plant.
